All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

During new releases, restocks or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note these are estimated timeframes only and may vary depending on postal carriers, customs processing or external delays.

The Punjab Collective is not responsible for shipping delays once parcels have been handed to the courier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is correct.

The Punjab Collective is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, The Punjab Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed parcels.

If your parcel is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

If an item is marked as a pre-order, estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.

Please note pre-order shipping dates are estimates only and may be subject to change.

If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
