RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At The Punjab Collective, every piece is made with care and attention to quality. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

Due to limited stock and exclusive drops, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or accidental purchases.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size if stock is available.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@thepunjabcollective.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Full name

If approved, a replacement, exchange or refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Limited Drops

Many pieces are released in limited quantities. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
